Instead of Sleeping

I’m watching Star Trek! Woo! Go nerdiness! :)

If a man gave me this he’d probably have a very good chance of being my valentine :)

Things I’m Going To Do When I Win The Lottery

  • Pay off of my student loans
  • Pay back my parents for the part of my student loans they paid for
  • Pay off my parents’ outstanding debt
  • Pay off my sister’s outstanding debt
  • Pay off my brother’s outstanding debt plus money for the rest of college
  • Buy every member of my immediate family a new car
  • Give each grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin, mom&dad, and my brother and sister $50,000 to do whatever they want (if for any reason they don’t want it - they would be crazy - I will make a donation to wherever they choose in their name)
  • Pay for my brother’s chest reconstructive surgery and set aside money for testosterone shots so that he can legally be recognized as a male in the state of PA
  • Give $20,000 to my two best friends who’ve been there for me, always
  • When those two have kids secretly place money into a trust for them :)
  • GET A CORGI, name it Fred (gender is unimportant)…probably get two corgis, come up with another name
  • Buy myself a house with a wrap-around porch, bow windows, a turret if possible, a balcony, and hard wood floors…location is negotiable
  • Buy my parents their retirement home in Gettysburg, PA (or wherever they choose if they change their minds)
  • Invest my money with the local bank where I work
  • Put money into a CD, use the interest earned per month to pay my bills
  • Consider opening a bookstore/coffee shop
  • Get the tattoo that I want
  • Keep working, just for fun

Edit: Although I REALLY want a corgi, I want to adopt the dog/dogs from the SPCA so I’ll try to find one there, if I can’t then I just won’t get a corgi

Sleep

is a bitch that will not work for me right now. Why won’t my mind shut the hell up?

My grandmother still has one or two of these floating around her house…that I still play with when I can go visit her…I’m 24 :)

I’m nostalgic for a time period I never lived in.
